A native of the Boston area, John first enjoyed a successful corporate career while living and working all over the globe. Eventually settling in Florida, John made the decision to retire from the corporate world to pursue an encore career in the practice of elder law. Sierra A. Butler

Sierra embraces the use of technology to provide efficient and cost-effective services to her clients. She strives to ensure that her client-families are in the best position possible to provide quality care for their aging or disabled loved ones while maintaining their financial security.

Sierra is licensed to practice law in both Florida and Massachusetts.  Formerly living and practicing in the Boston area, Sierra clerked at the Massachusetts Probate & Family Court and practiced law at Foley & Lardner and Kates & Barlow in Boston before returning to her home state of Florida.

In her spare time, she likes playing volleyball and spending time with her husband, their son, and their three dogs.

Elizabeth D. Moneymaker

Elizabeth  is a licensed attorney in Missouri, Georgia, and Florida. She has practiced law for over 19 years in both the United States Army as a Judge Advocate General (JAG) and as a civilian litigator. 

After earning her juris doctorate, Elizabeth served on active duty with the Army as a JAG for over four years. During that time she served as a legal assistance attorney, administrative law attorney, a military prosecutor and Special Assistant U.S. Attorney, and finally as Chief, International and Criminal Law Division, Third United States Army. 

After leaving active duty, Ms. Moneymaker continued to serve the JAG Corps as a reserve officer. She served as the Deputy Staff Judge Advocate for the 335th Theater Signal Command, where she was mobilized and deployed in support of Operations Enduring and Iraqi Freedom, ultimately being awarded the Bronze Star for her service. Ms. Moneymaker retired from the Army as a major in 2010.
